How to Use My Emirates Pass
As an Emirates Boarding Pass is needed to avail of My Emirates Pass discounts, ensure you have a paper copy or a screenshot of your boarding pass on hand.
Screenshots are recommended if you had a mobile boarding pass as sometimes they can disappear/time out from apps/wallets.
Photo ID is essential at time of redemption for the discounts, and one must be over 21 to avail of any alcohol products.
My Emirates Pass can be used at different venues, or several times at the same venue, providing it is dated between 01 Nov 23 and 31 Mar 24 and must be in the name of the redeemer.
