Raffles is one of the consistently great hotels around ‘Old Dubai. As far as Dubai Hotels Special Offers go, this is a terrific deal for a tremendous property with several added benefits.
Of particular note is the ‘Low Season Bonus’, especially given off-season in Dubai is typically June to September. For stays from mid-March onwards, the bonus of a ‘set menu’ for dinner at no extra cost could prove compelling.
